period ended over a week ago and still have tender breasts?. I have been over my period for a week and three days and still have breast tenderness since it ended. I took a preg. Test and it came up negative today. I have had a misscarraige in the past and have not gotten pregnant and have been having unprotected sex for over a year…and still dont get preg. I dont get why my breasts are still sensitive before and.after ovulation which was 4 days ago. What could it be? And could I be infertile?

Your boobs could just hurt
Answer by BigRed TTC 1
It could be that they’re just sore with no reasonable explanation. Unfortunately it just happens sometimes and not even the doctors can say why things like this happen. My breasts were so sore for the past two weeks that I was sure I was pregnant and AF came with a vengeance yesterday. The fact that you took a pregnancy test and it was negative means your not pregnant, especially that far after your period.
What is the secret to making tender, juicy chicken breasts?. I have broiled them and make them on the stovetop and they are still not tender. Does thickness matter? If I cut them in half will they cook more tender because they are thinner slices? Help. What should I do?

marinating them in some kind of citrus works for me
Answer by Beth D
well, I think the key is not overcooking them, and cooking them in some sort of liquid.
Try this: roll up chicken:
Take your chicken breasts and cut them lengthwise in half (so you have two long pieces for each breast). Put a piece of plastic wrap over them and bang them hard with a mallet, or a side-wase canned good. You want to thin them out a little by banging them. Then place them in a baking pan, and put some fillings in them, like any lunchmeat, bacon, cheese, garlic, and whatever veggies you like. We did ham and cheese the other night. Then roll them up, like a sleeping bag. Top with bbq sauce (that’s what we used with the ham/cheese), or cheese sauce, pasta sauce, or just some olive oil or butter or plain cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cut through one to make sure it’s cooked all the way. yum!

I find when I steam chicken breast it turns out real juicy…. it doesn’t matter the thickness….

Buy the highest quality chicken available. (I go to a butcher’s where he knows his suppliers, and they are organic, sustainable, low impact farmers)
Cook breasts on the bone and with the skin on if you are cooking them for very long. Just saute the supremes (cutlets) or dip in batter and fry just long enough to cook. Never overcook chicken breasts. Enjoy!

Simple Stovetop Amish Chicken
INGREDIENTS
1 (2 pound) roasting chicken
8 cups water, or as needed
1 (28 ounce) can low fat, low sodium chicken broth
3 large baking potatoes, peeled
1 (10 ounce) package wide egg noodles
1 teaspoon salt-free seasoning blend
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
Place the chicken into a large pot, and fill with enough water to cover it. Bring to a boil, cover, and cook over high heat until chicken is easily removed from the bone, about 35 minutes. Turn the chicken over once during this time so it will cook evenly. Cutting the chicken into pieces can speed up the cooking process a bit.
While the chicken is cooking, cut two of the potatoes into large chunks, and the other potato into very small cubes.
When the chicken is cooked, remove it from the water. Pull off the skin, and place all of the chicken meat in a separate dish. Pull the meat apart in long shreds. Reserve the cooking water in a separate container. Discard chicken skin and bones.
Pour the chicken broth into the pot, and add potatoes, chicken, salt, and pepper. Pour in 2 to 3 cups of the reserved water. Bring to a boil, and cook for about 15 minutes, until potatoes start to soften. Add 3 more cups of the chicken water, and the noodles. Season with salt-free seasoning blend, salt, and pepper. Cover, and simmer over medium-low heat until the noodles are tender and small potato pieces have dissolved.

Hey. Don’t rule pregnancy out just yet. Sometimes its hard to tell the symptoms of pregnancy and periods apart so to be safest you should wait until your periods are due and see if they come, if they don’t then take a home pregnancy test. If you want to know sooner, go to your local GP and request a blood test because they are the most accurate and can pick pregnancy up a lot sooner
Some people don’t even know they are pregnant because they get no symptoms at all, when i was pregnant with my son i had no symptoms at all except a missed period
Hope all works out for you.
Best of luck,x

Baby can implant any where from 6-12dpo. You could have not even implanted yet. Personally, I had no tender breasts at all, they didn’t even swell. With my DD, they grew an entire cup size over night. This baby, nothing. So don’t rule yourself out. You still have a few more days to get the BFP. GL!

I noticed my boobs hurt and were getting bigger before I knew I was pregnant. My areola has since been getting darker, bigger, and developed montgomery tubercles (little pimple like bumps- that was what made me buy a HPT)

Unlikely unless you squeezed so hard you bruised them. Womens breasts change change from hormonal changes such as maybe shes getting close to time for her period or she is pregnant those are common reasons for breast tenderness and swelling.

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Batter-Dipped Fried Chicken Nuggets. This recipe features a batter that can be used for deep-fried chicken, seafood, or vegetables! Ingredients: 2 ½ pounds uncooked chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes (I used 1 ¼ pounds of sliced chicken tenders, but there is enough batter to coat twice as much. You may also use this batter for chicken tenders or half-breasts.) salt, to taste freshly ground black peppercorns, to taste 1 teaspoon active dry yeast ¼ cup lukewarm water (105 to 115 degrees F) ¾ cup water 1 egg, well-beaten 1 cup all-purpose flour ½ teaspoon salt peanut oil, enough to come up to 1-inch in a heavy pot Cut uncooked chicken breast meat into 1-inch cubes. Salt, to taste. Grind fresh peppercorns over the top, to taste. Mix together, cover, and let sit in the refrigerator for an hour or so. Combine ¼ cup lukewarm water and 1 teaspoon active dry yeast in the container of an electric blender. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add ¾ cup water, 1 well-beaten egg, 1 cup all-purpose flour, and ½ teaspoon salt. Blend for 30 seconds. Pour batter into a bowl. Dip chicken cubes into batter and deep fry in 1-inch peanut oil (350 degrees to 375 degrees F) until golden. Use a slotted spoon to remove the browned chicken nuggets to a platter covered with paper toweling to drain. Continue in batches until all chicken nuggets are cooked. Remove from paper toweling to a nice serving plate. These are terrific served with a sauce, such as Blazin …

It’s simple.
Stop over-cooking your chicken!
Cook it on a lower heat. Serve it with a sauce.
Just stop nuking it!
Don’t over cook them. People tend to think they should cook chicken well done, which is true, but they don’t take into account that a hot dish cooks more when removed from the cooking. Slightly under cook the breasts (slightly, I said) and let the first minute or two that they are out of the skillet or oven finish them off. I timed breast on the charcoal grill for a few days and have had them come off juicier than the hamburgers, and cook to the done stage, too.
try poaching this way. bring some broth or even just water to a boil in a covered saute pan. (you can add spices, wine, etc.) put in chicken breasts with the skins on. bring it back to a boil. cover, turn off the heat and let it sit for an hour. really works great.
if u squeeze them hard yea.
Yes.
Breasts are very sensitive.

if u don’t hurt her, it’s okay.
