why do my breasts get tender every couple months?. every couple months my breasts will get very tender for a few weeks and then go away. i have PCOS and do NOT have periods unless i’m on some kinda meds (currently not on anything) so why do they get sore and tender every couple months if it’s not related to periods?

Solutions:

Answer by raouf_hasan
almost all of these sort of symptoms are answered by simple rise or fall in estrogen levels. ask a doc to make sure

Why are my breasts so sore and tender?. I am used to my breasts being sore right before my period, but this time they became sore for 2 whole weeks before and I am almost done w/my period and they are still extremely tender and sore. They usually stop being sore after the first day.

Why are they so sore? I don’t drink caffeine and it isn’t from sex. I am not pg (I am menstruating now) so I at a loss. It is really irritating!
I’m 45 years old, I think they are as big as they’ll ever get! LOL!

i’m four weeks along and my breasts stopped being tender. is this normal?. i’m four weeks along. i’ve had very tender breasts for the past week or so–to the point where a little adjustment my bra even hurts. just yesterday, my breasts stopped being tender. it’s no longer sensitive and i’m cramping. i’ve had a miscarriage before and am afraid. is this normal?

Solutions:

Answer by Lisa
Symptoms will come and go. That is normal.

Answer by Sica
yea most likely they were tender due to ovulation still. Trust me it will come back in a couple of weeks. Enjoy being pain free while you can.

Answer by Nacole
U PROBALY HAVE GOTTEN USE TO THE SENSATION OF THEM BEING SORE…I WOULDNT WORRY BUT IF UR CONCERNED TALK WITH UR DOC OR NURSE

Answer by mommy of two girls #3 on the way
yes normal

Answer by Our Princess Due May 21, 2010
its very normal, and even sometimes some women dont get them at all! Like my mother and husbands mother!

I was sore up until the beginning of my 2nd trimester but now starting to hurt again. So for now just stay relaxed because sooner or later you will have some pain again!

Does progesterone (Duphaston) cause tender breasts?. I usually have very non-sensitive breasts at 7 DPO, but this month (and last month) I have been using Duphaston (one tablet in the morning, and one after dinner). I’ve taken them for 6 days now, but my right breast is quite tender and both are becoming fuller. I don’t want to get excited, as I know it can be a sign of pregnancy, but I also think it could just be a side effect.

Has anyone else had tender breasts from taking progesterone?

Solutions:

Answer by angel eyes
Yes one of the side effects is changes in your breast. I wish you the best and lots of baby dust.

Answer by InkedBarbie
I take Prometrium vaginally and it is progesterone and yes it can cause all them same symptoms as your period including sore breasts. It makes mine tender as well plus I get hot flashes.

Good luck.

Answer by ღ†Rocker Wife†ღ
Yes, yes, yes. A common side effect of progesterone is sore breasts/nipples that may feel heavier or fuller.

Good luck!

I had anal sex with spermicide and a leaky condom — are tender breasts and spotting signs of pregnancy?. This is pretty simple.

My boyfriend recently returned from six months away, so we had anal sex for the first time. We used Ortho Options Conceptrol Spermicide Gel in my vagina, just in case. He ejaculated into me and some of the semen dribbled out. None of it visibly touched my vulva or vagina. He was very careful to stop any more coming out after the initial dribble.

WELL — About 72 hours later, my breasts began to become tender and I got spot bleeding for two days. This light bleeding stopped but my breasts are still tender. My period is a couple weeks away. These are signs of pregnancy that usually show up at least several weeks into pregnancy, but I’m worried.

I think it is highly unlikely that I could be pregnant. The sperm would have to beat space, tissue, spermicide, and the usual race to the egg.

Yet, those signs still bother me. I’m unsure if tenderness and spot bleeding could happen SO QUICKLY if I’m pregnant. Maybe something else is going on… thoughts?
Also, I’m looking at general thoughts about the chance of pregnancy resulting from this activity.

Solutions:

Answer by Bobby D
Last time I checked, you couldn’t get pregnant from having anal sex. That is, unless you have a secret canal from one port to another. I’m just sayin…

Answer by Lucky S
I guess anything is possible. Why not take a pregnancy test or make a doctor’s appointment so you can know for sure.

Answer by bcrosshorses
wait a few weeks and get a preg test!

Answer by Who knows
It is possible if some of the semen made its way into your vagina but I would say highly unlikely especially since you used spermacide. Those are signs of pregnancy but it sounds like they are coming on too quick might be in your head. Take a home preg test to be sure and if it still bothers you contact your doctor.

Answer by Christina S
Going through all that trouble to avoid pregnancy from anal sex? Highly unlikely that you became pregnant. Sometimes stressing that you think you MIGHT BE can cause your body to think it is pregnant. I wouldn’t worry about being pregnant. I’d focus my energies on getting some more reliable forms of contraception, such as the Depo shot.

are tender and sore breasts normal after a period?. i have the contraceptive injection which does make menstrual cycles a bit crazy and unpredictable usually they stop altogether. but mine are very short and only last a couple of days but i can pms for a couple weeks at a time, i was just wondering because my left breast right around the armpit, just underneath, is very tender, only on one but it has been like this for a few weeks. just wondering if this is normal? :)
thanks.

Solutions:

Answer by Karla U
it’s normal don’t worry about it.

Answer by ℓaney ℓaney
Totally fine! Doesn’t it suck that pains come up to a week before the period and stick around up to a week after? SUCKS! haha =D

bloated, fequently urinating, tender breasts, moody, tired?. I have been bloated for 4 weeks and i have really tender breasts, i am moody and tired. I cant be pregnant cos i have the implant. I also dont have any infections. What could it be??

Solutions:

Answer by lisa c
Contraceptives can and do fail so there is a chance that you could be pregnant do a test to rule it out. Or it could be PMS although i don’t think frequent urinating is a PMS symptom. Maybe visit your doctor for a check up just to put your mind at ease.

My recipe for tender chicken and potatoes infused with fresh herbs, tomatoes and kalamata olives is quick and easy to prepare and sure to become a weeknight favourite! Ingredients 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives 1 diced tomato 1 small onion sliced in thin rings 3 medium red skinned potatoes, scrubbed clean or peeled 3 cloves minced garlic zest of one lemon 1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary 1/4 cup low sodium chicken stock 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Directions Mix all ingredients except the chicken together in a medium bowl. Place each chicken breast onto a 12 x 12 piece of parchment paper and spoon equal amounts of the olive, potato mixture over both. Bring edges of the paper together and fold together to crimp closed. Be sure to leave some room inside the bundle for heat expansion which will happen as the chicken bakes. Bake at 375 degrees F for 40-45 minutes. Serve rustic style on a large plate. Garnish with fresh parsley.

@akawildfire A closed lid retains the heat and thus allows higher temperatures to accumulate. If the meat it thicker, like a brisket whole chicken or even a pork shoulder, then the best way would be with the lid closed. I personally have the lid open and turn the meat as it cooks, letting both sides experience the flame. This allows the meat to be grilled on each side the exact amount of time you desire and will keep the meat from being cooked too fast with temperatures that are too hot.
