Is it normal for breasts to be tender when they first start growing?. Hi, I’ve been using estrogen cream to make my breasts grow. They have been very sore since they started growing a week ago, I also have lumps behind my nipples. Is this normal? Should I wear a bra or do I have to wait till they get bigger. Cause I don’t think they make bras small enough.
Lucy In the Sky – I been using breast forms for years, and decided to grow my own. I’m hoping to get to a B cup or maybe a small C cup.

Jake, why do you want breasts?

Answer by Rebecca
I am assuming a young woman is asking these questions in spite of the “Jake”. Yes young breasts are tender when they start to mature and there is normally a lump (or bud) behind the nipple. I don’t think you should be using any hormones without the approval of a doctor as there can be side affects. Training bras are made to protect a young ladies breasts. Talk to your mom about getting you one.

Why are my breasts sore and tender?. I have recently started gaining weight due to weight gain shakes as it was hard to gain weight for me. But now that I have started eating more and gaining weight my breasts have started to be sore and tender but I haven’t noticed them growing.I also drink a lot of dark tea but I eat and drink healthy. Im 19 and know for sure Im not pregnant or due my period because Ive had it already this month so what could be causing this pain and tenderness?

Answer by Lindsay
idk maybe you slept on them? if you’re gaining weight maybe they are growing

Answer by ~Swimmer Baby~
are you sure your not pregnant?

Answer by The fortune cookie says:
you maybe ovulating to your next period.

Answer by *~dreamer~*
they’re getting bigger. it sounds like you gain ur weight in your breasts. lucky girl.

Answer by Masterious Splinterous
The weight gain shakes or something in your diet may be messing with your hormones. Or your breasts may be growing. Hopefully its not breast cancer, but you might consider seeing a doctor just to make sure

Without fail this recipe produces the most tender and tastiest chicken breasts we’ve ever had, this is one for the kids and students as it’s so easy to make. Ingredients: For each person 1 skinless chicken breast, oven chips / French fries, salad, paprika powder from the spice section, olive oil, 1 x garlic clove. Put the chicken breasts in a bowl, cover with cold water, and put about 10 teaspoons of salt in (that’s right, loads of salt), make sure the salt is all dissolved, then put in the fridge for at least 1 hour. This is key to making the chicken tender whilst it’s cooking, it’s called brining. For More Information On Chicken Paprikash Please Visit www.chickenpaprikash.com

Do tender breasts ALWAYS have to be sore?.
or can they be tender, and not hurt? but just sore at the nipples.

Solutions:

Answer by msz.miz !sz n0t d0!ng so well
Lol that was funny…if the nipple is sore then the breast is sore…I wish it was just the nipple hurting as well…. :-)

how early can your breasts become sore and tender in early stages of pregnancy.?. I have been trying to fall pregnant now for around 3mths or more and tonight i am feeling like my breasts are sore and slightly tender.
My period is not due for 9 days yet. A few mths back i experienced sore breasts then got my period shortly after. is it to early for the tenderness to be period related i am experiencing no other symptoms yet.

Solutions:

Answer by kristin
I was 3 weeks and I knew I was pregnant my breasts were so sore. I took a test 2 weeks later and I was prego.

Answer by Girl4278
it may be because u’re going to have ur period soon or you’re prego.. :) just wait for few more days until u missed ur period.. good luck!!

Answer by Cindy; mum to 3 monkeys!
Within 7 days of conceiving (3wks preg) my breasts were very sore with all three of my pregnancies but a + test didn’t show up till more than a week after that. My breasts also grew rapidly from very early on too with me jumping bras sizes from only 8 weeks preg.

Its definately not too early to be experiencing breast tenderness but its probably a good idea to wait another week or more at least before doing a test as it will probably just show up as a negative if you do it too early.

best of luck and baby dust to you!

Does coffee make your breasts more tender right before your period?. My boobs are killing me, but all I drank is one cappucino about three days ago! How much does it take to have that effect?

Solutions:

Answer by NikkhiM
Weird. I have never heard that about coffee, but i do know that it’s normal for breasts to become tender right before menstration. Maybe it has nothing to do with coffee?

Answer by noosa_stok_1978
Yes, the same happens to me.

Answer by LiarLiarPantiesOnFire
It is common to have sore breasts around the beginning of your period due to the female hormones estrogen and progesterone. Caffeine can contribute to the soreness, but it is not the cause. You’ll likely still feel some soreness even if you cut out the coffee.

Edit
The woman below me is not correct. Caffeine consumption DOES contribute to PMS symptoms. Google it and see. You can also go here :http://www.drweil.com/drw/ecs/forums/thread.html?docid=THR26530
A doctor explains it.

Answer by Elle Driver
Your period will usually make your breasts tender
but if they are more tender than usual and you are sexually active you could be pregnant
coffee wont do that

Answer by T K
Girl, mine kill me for like a week at least before I start mine it sucks and I don’t drink caffine at all. It is just a change in the body….

What does it mean if your milk ducts get hard and your breasts are tender?. I have a 5 year old so I am not breastfeeding.have no symptoms of being pregnant. But could I be?

Solutions:

false pregnancy?

Answer by Africana86
Honey you been down that road before right? I mean you have a 5 year old so you have. As long as you’re having sex, sweetie there is a 50/50 chance. So get tested because ur 5yr might have a sibling in the OVEN…LOL

Answer by Aussie Girl
Go to your doctor it may be nothing but you should be checked for breast cancer. Or your pregnant again. Not all pregnancies have the same symptoms as the first.

In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make Chicken Enchiladas with Salsa Verde. These are flour tortillas, stuffed with a mixture of shredded chicken, sour cream, cilantro, green chiles, and Pepper Jack cheese, baked in the oven, and then topped with salsa verde and toppings, such as chopped tomatoes, green onion, avocado, black olives, cilantro, and sour cream. Scrumptious! Ingredients: 3 cups shredded, cooked chicken (I cooked salted boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a crock pot for 8 hours until tender, but, if you have leftover chicken, that would be perfect!) 2 cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese 4-oz. can diced green chiles, drained ½ cup sour cream 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro pkg. of ten 8-inch soft taco flour tortillas (I only used 9 of them.) cooking oil spray 16-oz. jar salsa verde Toppings: sour cream chopped tomatoes chopped avocados chopped green onions sliced black olives chopped fresh cilantro In a large bowl, combine 3 cups shredded, cooked chicken, 2 cups shredded Pepper Jack cheese, a 4-oz. can of drained green chiles, ½ cup sour cream, and 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro. Mix well. Spoon about 1/10 of chicken mixture down the center of each flour tortilla and roll up. Place in a 13-inch by 9-inch by 2-inch baking dish which has been sprayed with cooking oil spray. Place each tortilla seam side down, and fit them closely together. Spray the top of the rolled tortillas with cooking oil spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden

Breasts are no longer sore or tender, could this be a missed miscarriage?. I am 14 weeks pregnant and my breasts haven’t hurt or been tender for about 2 & a half weeks. I’m worried because this is my first pregnancy and I’ve been freaking out over everything. I haven’t had an ultrasound since 6 weeks. Would I have any symptoms at all by now besides just my breasts not being sore? Could this be a missed miscarriage? My next ultrasound is not for a few weeks.

Solutions:

Answer by Margie Y
I would not worry….i am 13 weeks and my breasts have lost most of their soreness a few weeks ago…i think it’s fairy normal at this point. Same thing happened with my first child.
Good luck!

Answer by ace_bella0323
Oh dint worry it goes away right about 14 weeks then at about 18 you start to leak fluid! Lol then hey hurt again!

Answer by Mia – Baby Kia is due 01.05.10
I wouldn’t worry, im 38+6 weeks pregnant and I have never had tender or sore breasts.

Good luck x

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts(seasoned with Salt & Pepper) 1 lb. penne pasta 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons olive oil 2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced ½ cup chicken broth 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce 1 cup heavy cream ½ to 1 tsp salt & pepper (to taste) 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (I used dried) 6-8 fresh basil leaves, chiffonaded Rinse chicken breasts in cold water. Layer between sheets of wax paper and pound to even thickness. Season both sides with Montreal Steak seasoning. Preheat grill for medium high heat, lightly oil grate, and grill chicken breasts on medium high heat for 6-8 mins each side. OR heat 2 tbsp butter & 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the butter and olive oil is nice and hot, add chicken breasts and cook 5 mins each side. Set chicken aside to cool. In a large pot, boil water with salt. Add 1lb penne pasta and boil according to package directions. Heat 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons olive oil in the skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until garlic is tender, but do not let the garlic burn!!! (about 3-5 mins). Add the chicken broth to the pan and allow to reduce by half. Meanwhile, slice chicken. Once the broth has reduced, stir in tomato sauce. Add the heavy cream and stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Turn heat to low. Chop the parsley and basil, add to sauce and mix well. Drain pasta and add to sauce. Stir well to coat. Serve pasta on

it actually can be your weight gain,
you may not know you are even gaining weight in your breasts because you see them everyday and they always look the same.

    the tissue is just stretching,
make sure you put lotion on them or you will have stretch marks.

How do you know you’re not pregnant? If your answer is a take home pregnancy test, then you need to go to the doctor. You may be pregnant and the test didn’t catch it. They aren’t 100%

Go to your gynecologist and get a physical check up. You are suppose to feel them for lumps before your period.

    @CookingAndCrafting Yeah…thick, jarred salsa…

  6. CookingAndCrafting says:

@blairseybell Nope, no problem on this end… maybe a different in salsas? not sure. I used a fresh vs. jarred, so it did have quite a bit of fluid in it. I also used precooked chicken.

  7. blairseybell says:

I made this tonight and it was delish! BUT…there wasn’t enought liquid for my rice…crunch, crunch…just a little. Did that happen to you? I wondered if it was because I used pre-cooked chicken. Raw chicken would have released some juices as it cooked. Anyway, this is def a keeper that I’ll make again and again…with just a bit more broth. My kids loved it. Yay! Thanks. :-)

  8. lip2tip says:

looks yummy, you can NEVER have too much cheese!

  9. CookingAndCrafting says:

@adonicamae I have. I’ve made their “easy enchiladas” which was okay. Then.. I can’t remember the correct name, but creamy fajitas? Something like that. WAY too creamy, IMO, but still fairly tasty

Have you tried the Philly Cooking Creme yet? I’ve been wanting to, just haven’t yet.

  17. CookingAndCrafting says:

@beccawitch It isn’t the same as the frozen meal but it is VERY good… I think the only difference would be a LOT of salt in the frozen meal, which does tend to bring out a lot of the flavors. But I tend towards hypertension, so try to cut out as much as possible

  18. CookingAndCrafting says:

@yoyomax12 ha! This is an old video :)

  20. beccawitch says:

That looks really good. How was it compared to the frozen meal? I also like those but this looked really easy to make and something I could cook up the night before for lunch.

  21. thizizliz says:

I have to laugh – when you put in your 1/8 tsp garlic powder (giggle at the amount) I’m thinking about how when it’s a flavor we know and love, we kinda know how many shakes or how much in our palm or whatever. I found myself wanting to see olives in it. You know, I think the fresh salsa was fine – what a pretty dish and everyone who made it loved it. Cool!

There is no wrong way to make enchiladas. I like this recipe :)

  30. MartinN128 says:

I don’t mean to be rude, but those arent “Enchiladas” they actually look like tacos, something more like flautas. One tip: Corn Tortillas are the BEST for enchiladas, and enchiladas were never meant to be baked. Tortillas just warmed/lightly fried smothered in the sauce, rolled with crumbly cheese/onions & top with same thing but different sauce. My mom makes traditional enchiladas and they are simple and delicious, but NOT with flour tortillas. At first I thought you were making burritos, LOL!

  31. bettyskitchen says:

@ahsookie1 I would add about 1/4 cup water in the bottom and then stack everything else on top of that. With the lid on it will stay nice and moist.

You must be the best mom/wife ever! I really appreciate the cooking content you put up here on youtube. It gives me a good insight on the american side of cooking, but there is one thing I ask myself: Here in Germany it is more or less frowned upon using ready made stuff from a store (i.E salsa in a glass) when cooking. Especially since the salsa makes up a large part of the taste when cooking enchiladas. So why not make make your own salsa and therefore your own taste? Have a nice day!
