i started feeling weird about 2 weeks after conception. i didn’t know i pregnant right away but definately knew something was different.
Answer by Jessica T
I had symptoms at about 6 weeks. I missed my period and took a home test and it was positive. I was tired and nauseous. The symptoms went away about when I started my second trimester. Roughly 3 to 4 months or so. But my friend Dana, never had any symptoms. Everyone and every pregnancy is different.
How similar is are period symptoms and pregnancy symptoms?. Besides taking a pregnancy test, and going to the doctor, and missing your period (it’s way too early for me to do that)..what are symptoms that you can tell whether or not its period or pregnancy?

How many women do not get pregnancy symptoms aside from a missed period?. I am 4 days late and no sign of a cycle is there. But I don’t have any pregnancy symptoms… Help?

Answer by Jenny
With the exception of women actively trying to get pregnant, almost ALL women don’t realize they’re pregnant until they’re a month or two into it. Usually one skipped period can be easily overlooked because diet change, exercising, and stress can all cause it. And during the first week to two weeks, there isn’t a single symptom and you feel completely normal. But it’s different for every woman. I suggest you take a home pregnancy test to know if you’re pregnant. You might need to buy more than one and take another in a few days to be sure.

It’s about 80% of women get morning sickness, increased breast size, etc. I have had 2 children and i didnt get ANY symptoms beside no priod and eventually a belly. SO like they say, every women is diffrent, you may get them u may not. Give yourself another week, then take a test if your period does not show up. Good Luck.
Answer by Jennifer
Pregnancy symptoms can vary from one woman to another. In fact, some pregnant woman may not have any pregnancy symptoms at all for a while and another woman will know she is pregnant very easily just from her symptoms alone.
Some of the early pregnancy symptoms are the following:
missed menstrual period
morning sickness
frequent urination
mood swings
swollen and tender breasts
constipation
sensitivity to smell
fatigue
What is the earliest that you can feel pregnancy symptoms?. I would only be about a week and a half along, but my chest is really sore, more so than when I am PMSing. It’s been long enough since my last pregnancy that I can’t really remember when I started to feel symptoms. Does anyone think that it is possible to feel symptoms this early? I should add here that I have been feeling it for a couple of days, but it seems to be worse today, and my breasts have felt kind of warm at times. Also, I have another 12 days before my period is due to start.

It sounds to early to be having symptoms. Your hormones levels wouldn’t be high enough to be causing symptoms but everyone is different. I personally didn’t have any symptoms until about 6 weeks.

Pregnancy Symptoms — Early Signs of Pregnancy
Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy; however, one of the most significant pregnancy symptoms is a delayed or missed menstrual cycle. Understanding pregnancy symptoms is important because each symptom may be related to something other than pregnancy. Some women experience pregnancy symptoms within a week of conception. For other women, symptoms may develop over a few weeks or may not be present at all. Below is a listing of some of the most common pregnancy symptoms.
Implantation Bleeding:
Implantation bleeding can be one of the earliest pregnancy symptoms. About 6-12 days after conception, the embryo implants itself into the uterine wall. Some women will experience spotting as well as some cramping.
Other Explanations: Actual menstruation, altered menstruation, changes in birth control pill, infection, or abrasion from intercourse.
Delay/Difference in Menstruation:
A delayed or missed menstruation is the most common pregnancy symptom leading a woman to test for pregnancy. When you become pregnant, your next period should be missed. Many women can bleed while they are pregnant, but typically the bleeding will be shorter or lighter than a normal period. This symptom is commonly explained by other reasons. If you have been sexually active and have missed a period, it is recommended that you take a test: Order my pregnancy test
Other Explanations: Excessive weight gain/loss, fatigue, hormonal problems, tension, stress, ceasing to take the birth control pill, or breast-feeding.
Swollen/Tender Breasts:
Swollen or tender breasts is a pregnancy symptom which may begin as early as 1-2 weeks after conception. Women may notice changes in their breasts; they may be tender to the touch, sore, or swollen.
Other Explanations: Hormonal imbalance, birth control pills, impending menstruation (PMS) can also cause your breasts to be swollen or tender.
Fatigue/Tiredness:
Feeling fatigued or more tired is a pregnancy symptom which can also start as early as the first week after conception.
Other Explanations: Stress, exhaustion, depression, common cold or flu, or other illnesses can also leave you feeling tired or fatigued.
Nausea/Morning Sickness:
This well-known pregnancy symptom will often show up between 2-8 weeks after conception. Some women are fortunate to not deal with morning sickness at all, while others will feel nauseous throughout most of their pregnancy.
Other Explanations: Food poisoning, stress, or other stomach disorders can also cause you to feel queasy.
Backaches:
Lower backaches may be a symptom that occurs early in pregnancy; however, it is common to experience a dull backache throughout an entire pregnancy.
Other Explanations: Impending menstruation, stress, other back problems, and physical or mental strains.
Headaches:
The sudden rise of hormones in your body can cause you to have headaches early in pregnancy.
Other Explanations: Dehydration, caffeine withdrawal, impending menstruation, eye strain, or other ailments can be the source of frequent or chronic headaches.
Frequent Urination:
Around 6-8 weeks after conception, you may find yourself making a few extra trips to the bathroom.
Other Explanations: Urinary tract infection, diabetes, increasing liquid intake, or taking excessive diuretics.
Darkening of Areolas:
If you are pregnant, the skin around your nipples may get darker.
Other Explanations: Hormonal imbalance unrelated to pregnancy or may be a leftover effect from a previous pregnancy.
Food Cravings:
While you may not have a strong desire to eat pickles and ice cream, many women will feel cravings for certain foods when they are pregnant. This can last throughout your entire pregnancy.
Other Explanations: Poor diet, lack of a certain nutrient, stress, depression, or impending menstruation
A blood test will show if you are pregnant or not 7 days following conception and you can take an at home test 19 days after the day you think you became pregnant. I got a positive test 7 days before my period due date.

Sometimes your body know when you are pregnant and some times it don’t. You sometimes feel very tired and want to sleep all day long, you eat a little more or you just can’t go to sleep at all. You sometimes have sharp pains in your breast and can feel very dehidrated, you also can crave foods that you don’t eat everyday. It all depends on your body and the person. Taking a pregnacy test is the only way to know for sure
Answer by Jennifer W
I had symptoms almost immediately…it started with very bad vivid nightmares..my boobs were extremely sensitive and sore…I felt nauseous. I knew I was pregnant before the test said I was. So our symptoms can show up very soon…as soon as the changes in our body start to take place…Good luck!

if your period isn’t supposed to start until another 12 days then you just finished ovulating basically….well the symptoms you have don’t really sound like symptoms of pregnancy maybe you’re just nervous….if you’re period doesn’t come then you should worry but as of now you need to relax and give it time….

Pregnancy symptoms?. I am a few days from my period and i took a pregnancy test today and there was a faint line. Going to wait to do another tomorrow to better confirm. I also have been having cramping and lower back pain. Are these common early pregnancy symptoms or could the test be wrong?
Solutions:
Answer by mrsdevynesweetlady
well the faint line could mean ur preggo, take a test with your irst morning urine and if it shows again then yes your pregnant. good luck
Answer by jamlws1
Faint lines are + tests. I had cramping and lower back pain with all of my pregnancies.
Answer by lac
From what I know, faint lines=positives. To be sure, definitely test again. You definitely have symptoms that can be related to early pregnancy. Cramping was one of my first symptoms and I still occasionally feel mild cramping on and off (I’m 11 weeks pregnant). When I tested, I used a digital so I didn’t have to worry about reading the lines. Good luck!
Answer by Proudmommy
honey a faint line means you are pregnant with second child i was two days before my period and i knew i was pregnant i had lower back pain and nausea. i had a faint line. its faint because you dont have a lot of hcg yet. cause you are so early. but you are pregnant even if the line is faint. congrat!!
